Bits and Bobs II

 December is so jam-packed with fun stuff that I think I covered most of it in the posts and the first Bits and Bobs but there were some random goings-on behind the scenes that I see I forgot (or happened toward the very end of the month)...

 MadHatter's class spent a day at "work".  The center is full of businesses and each child is assigned a job, given a paycheck and told to spend, save and keep track of their money.  They learned how to pay off loans, make sure their checkbooks were balanced and what happens if they don't spend enough in other businesses (the bank closes).  I loved volunteering here!

 Lunch at the best burger joint in Breck.

Family puzzle done.

Anniversary dinner with Spike and Sara.  Their 1st, our 13th!  And shout out to Grampa for the fantastic bubbles!

Flashback to 13 years ago!

Her hot tub with Mama on New Year's Eve.  She still doesn't make it to midnight so we thought we would get it in early.

And let's be totally truthful, I didn't make it to midnight either.  But I did get to see the fireworks at 9pm from the warmth of my hottub.  Here is to a fabulous 2019!
